📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing daily operations in various departments, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and housekeeping.
• Support the development and implementation of operational procedures and standards.
• Work closely with senior management to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your leadership and management skills.
• Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events and promotions to drive revenue and enhance the hotel's reputation.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the hotel remains competitive and innovative.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospitality or F&B role, preferably in a management position.
• Proven track record of leadership and team management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with hospitality management software such as PMS (Property Management System) and POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
