📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate technical documents, marketing materials, and operational manuals from English to Mandarin and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
• Collaborate with international partners to provide translations that meet their specific needs and deadlines.
• Assist in training local staff on effective communication strategies, helping to build a more cohesive and productive team.
• Review and edit translations to ensure consistency and quality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in translation and localization.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of translation strategies.
• Provide feedback on translation tools and software to improve efficiency and accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Translation Studies, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in translation, preferably in the chemical industry.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Familiarity with translation tools such as Trados, memoQ, or SDL Trados.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with technical and scientific documentation.
