📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze flight data using advanced software such as Flight Data Monitoring System (FDMS) and Aviation Safety Information Analysis and Sharing (ASIAS)
• Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and develop corrective actions
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to mitigate risks
• Conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Monitor and evaluate safety performance metrics and trends
• Provide safety recommendations and training to pilots and crew
• Collaborate with regulatory authorities and industry stakeholders to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Stay updated with the latest aviation safety regulations and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation safety analysis
• Certification as a Flight Safety Analyst (e.g., FAA Flight Safety Analyst Certification)
• Proficiency in using FDMS, ASIAS, and other aviation safety analysis tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
