📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage engineering and maintenance operations across multiple locations in Bali.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Implement and optimize enterprise asset management systems like SAP PM and Maximo.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering management, with a proven track record in leading technical teams.
• Certifications in enterprise asset management systems such as SAP PM or Maximo are a plus.
• Strong understanding of maintenance strategies and asset management best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor team members.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of local regulations and standards in Indonesia is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
