📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and supervise the planning and design phases of multiple residential projects.
• Manage and coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Use AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D to create detailed drawings and models.
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and design for residential projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D.
