📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage specialties using our La Marzocco espresso machine and commercial-grade grinders.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized café environment, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Learn and apply best practices in coffee brewing and barista techniques, with guidance from our senior baristas.
• Take customer orders and provide excellent service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
• Stock and manage inventory of coffee beans, supplies, and equipment.
• Participate in daily operations, including opening and closing the café, cleaning, and restocking.
• Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to help improve café operations.
• Uphold Sentana Coffee and Bistro's values of quality, sustainability, and community engagement in all aspects of your work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a café or barista role, preferably in a commercial environment.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with a passion for coffee and hospitality.
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 kg (44 lbs) of weight.
• Familiarity with using commercial-grade coffee equipment is a plus.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
• Must be available to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings.
