📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise a team of nurses in the Labor Delivery Suite (LDS) and Maternity (MRHA) to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement clinical protocols, guidelines, and best practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and evaluate patient care processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, midwives, and support staff, to ensure seamless patient care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior nurses to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
• Manage staff schedules, including overtime and shift coverage, to ensure adequate staffing levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a labor and delivery unit or maternity ward.
• Certification in Advanced Pediatric Life Support (APLS) or equivalent.
• Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of hospital policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, such as SIRENA or similar.
