📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform comprehensive testing and debugging of electronic assemblies using advanced test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
• Identify and resolve hardware and software issues to ensure the quality and reliability of electronic assemblies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement test plans and procedures.
• Document test results, issues, and corrective actions in a detailed and organized manner.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify the underlying issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in electronics testing and debugging.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations throughout the testing process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electronics testing and debugging, preferably in the manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Proven experience with advanced test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
• Strong knowledge of electronics principles, circuits, and components.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Proficiency in using test and measurement software such as LabVIEW, Keysight Technologies, or similar.
• Experience with PCB design and layout, as well as familiarity with surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole technology.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
