Coinbase is seeking a talented Staff Software Engineer to join our Institutional team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and maintaining our financial infrastructure that enables our institutional clients to trade and manage their assets. This is a remote position, and the salary is negotiable.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable systems.,Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, and deployment.,Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in our existing systems.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.,Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team.,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.,5+ years of experience in software development.,Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Java or Python.,Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or GCP.,Strong understanding of software development best practices.,Experience with financial systems and trading platforms is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
