📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.,Develop and implement inventory control systems to ensure that all stock is accurately tracked and that levels are maintained at optimal levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure that goods are received, stored, and distributed in a timely and cost-effective manner.,Maintain high standards of safety and compliance within the warehouse, ensuring that all staff are trained and equipped to work safely.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, working with management to implement changes as needed.,Ensure that all warehouse documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including stock levels, orders, and delivery notes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years' experience in a warehouse management role, with experience in a fashion or retail environment preferred.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and logistics processes.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and ERP systems is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
