📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy,Develop user manuals, guides, and other instructional materials,Ensure documentation is up-to-date and meets industry standards,Work with the marketing team to create marketing materials and promotional content,Provide technical support to customers and users through documentation and training materials,Review and edit documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Experience with Markdown, HTML, or other documentation formats is a plus,Fluency in English is required
