📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of employees, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.,Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.,Promote and uphold the company's values and mission.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Proven track record of successful team management and sales performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).,Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
