PT Lestari Jaya is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who can start work right away. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for retail, and a commitment to providing a great shopping experience for our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle cash transactions and provide change accurately.,Stock and organize merchandise according to store policies.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist with inventory management and restocking.,Follow all health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
