📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor and maintain production equipment and machinery.,Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.,Develop and implement production schedules and plans.,Train and mentor junior production operators.,Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ensure timely availability of raw materials.,Collaborate with the team to improve production processes and productivity.
