Dover Park Hospice is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior / Executive, Operations to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospice, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care. You will work closely with our medical and administrative teams to develop and implement operational strategies that align with our mission and vision.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospice, including patient care, staff management, and facility maintenance.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve the quality of patient care and the overall efficiency of the hospice.,Work closely with the medical team to ensure that all patients receive the appropriate level of care and support.,Manage and mentor the administrative and operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Ensure that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met, and that the hospice is in full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, suppliers, and community organizations.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the hospice, using data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and to track progress towards our goals.,Represent the hospice at community events and meetings, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration, business administration, or a related discipline.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior or executive operations role in the healthcare or hospice industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,A deep understanding of the healthcare industry and the unique challenges and opportunities that hospice care presents.,Experience with regulatory and compliance requirements in the healthcare industry.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
