📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills and qualifications.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.,Provide feedback to candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
