📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods and services.,Prepare and manage purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Evaluate and compare quotes from multiple suppliers to ensure the best value for money.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement processes and timely delivery of goods and services.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement to drive continuous improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant procurement software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
