📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the store operations, including stock control, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages.,Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer transactions.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Participate in store promotions and events to drive sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.,Proven ability to work well in a team environment.,Flexible and willing to work overtime when necessary.
