📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of Pergadaian branches, ensuring compliance with SOPs and company policies.
• Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth business processes.
• Train and develop branch staff to enhance their operational skills and knowledge.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in all branch operations.
• Conduct regular audits to assess operational efficiency and compliance.
• Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management, preferably in the retail or logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and quality control measures.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar operational excellence programs is a plus.
