Tanggung Jawab Utama:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage and optimize our digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing.
  • Lead our sales team in developing and executing sales campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing regular reports to the management team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and industry best practices.
  • Manage our marketing budget and ensure it is used effectively.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
