📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and mentor teaching staff to ensure high-quality education and student engagement.,Develop and implement lesson plans and teaching strategies that align with the curriculum.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and students.,Organize and facilitate extracurricular activities to enhance student development.,Collaborate with other department heads to ensure a well-rounded educational experience.,Attend and participate in professional development workshops and conferences.,Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.,Handle administrative tasks related to teaching and student management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a similar capacity.,Strong knowledge of the curriculum and educational standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience in managing and mentoring teaching staff.,Familiarity with educational technology and tools.,Valid teaching certification or license.
