Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure high-quality hiring practices.,Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to identify the best fits for our organization.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Conduct interviews and make data-driven hiring decisions.,Maintain a strong employer brand and engage with potential candidates.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.,Proven track record of successfully hiring and onboarding top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
