📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of drivers to ensure efficient and safe transportation of medical supplies and personnel.,Oversee daily operations and logistics to meet company targets and deadlines.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Maintain and inspect vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless transportation services.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Provide training and support to new drivers to ensure they meet company standards.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance costs to optimize budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lead Driver or similar role in the transportation and logistics industry.,Valid SIM A license and a clean driving record.,Proven ability to manage and supervise a team of drivers.,Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with logistics software and systems.,Ability to drive a wide range of vehicles, including large trucks and vans.
