📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and develop key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing key accounts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to travel is a plus.
