As a Job Management Officer, you will be responsible for creating and managing job postings on various platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and local job boards. You will work closely with our HR team to ensure that our job descriptions are accurate, engaging, and aligned with our company's culture. Your daily tasks will include coordinating with hiring managers, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback to candidates.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and manage job postings on various platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and local job boards.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure job descriptions are accurate and engaging.
• Review and shortlist resumes to identify the most qualified candidates.
• Schedule and manage interviews, including arranging logistics and providing feedback to candidates.
• Maintain a database of candidate information and track the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and trends.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and job management.
• Proven experience in using recruitment software such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
