📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management and distribution.
• Overseeing the work of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Ensuring that all goods are stored and distributed efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitoring and maintaining warehouse safety and security.
• Ensuring that all warehouse activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Managing warehouse budgets and ensuring that all expenses are within budget.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure that warehouse operations support the overall goals of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to logistics and warehouse operations.
