📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation.,Develop and implement new menu items to meet customer preferences and market trends.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.,Manage inventory and purchasing to optimize costs and ensure ingredient availability.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth food service operations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment to promote food safety and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and sanitation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and preferences.,Possession of a relevant culinary certification or degree is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
