📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and monitor the Central Mixer to ensure precise mixing of concrete ingredients.
• Conduct regular checks and maintenance of the batching plant equipment.
• Monitor production parameters and adjust settings as needed to meet quality standards.
• Record production data and maintain accurate production reports.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve any operational issues promptly.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Stay updated with industry standards and best practices for concrete production.
• Support the team in achieving production targets and maintaining high efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Control Room Operator or Central Mixer Operator, preferably in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with batching plant operations and concrete production processes.
• Knowledge of relevant software and tools used in concrete production, such as Concrete Mix Design or Plant Control Systems.
• Understanding of quality control and safety standards in construction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid certification in concrete technology or a related field is a plus.
• Must be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
