📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and guests.,Ensure the banquet venue is set up according to the event requirements and theme.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing excellent customer service.,Oversee the serving of food and beverages during the event, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.,Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.,Clean up the banquet venue after the event, ensuring it is left in a presentable condition.,Assist in the preparation of event reports and follow-up communications with guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 1 year of experience in event planning or customer service, preferably in a banquet setting.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic event planning software and tools.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Fluent in Indonesian, with basic English skills a plus.,Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude.
