In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and upskill employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure they are able to apply what they have learned.,Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and develop solutions.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other training management tools.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.
