In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve processes and increase productivity.,Manage and supervise a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the company.,Handle operational budgets and ensure they are managed effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
