Sumber Cahya Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Warehouse Staff to join our team in Subang. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining a well-organized and secure storage facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a passion for improving processes to enhance productivity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory.,Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to manage stock replenishment.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse policies.,Train and mentor junior warehouse staff.,Implement and monitor inventory management systems and procedures.,Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and security.,Resolve any issues related to inventory management promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of improving warehouse operations and productivity.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Familiarity with medical equipment and supplies is a plus.
