📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and implement replenishment strategies to maintain optimal stock levels.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to logistics team members.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall operational performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards is a plus.
