📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.,Manage our social media platforms, creating engaging content to attract and retain customers.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Organize and participate in marketing campaigns, both online and offline.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer acquisition and retention.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance to make data-driven decisions.,Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and best practices.,Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a retail or fashion industry.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
