📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the laundry branch, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock control and cost management.,Handle customer complaints and issues, resolving them promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and hygienic workspace.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Collaborate with the central office to ensure consistency in service quality and brand image.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the laundry or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of local regulations and industry standards.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing office tasks with fieldwork.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
