Code Moon Indonesia is looking for a talented Commis Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the head chef in preparing and cooking food for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Assist in food presentation and plating.,Follow health and safety guidelines in the kitchen.,Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and quality control.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
