📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth customer service.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and reordering.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.,Maintain accurate records of store transactions and financial reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
